Yes, the Track & Trace system from Chronopost allows you to follow up, at all time, your dispatches. Once you have logged in go to Track & Trace, and a simple click allows you to find out all the information you need about your dispatch: status of one or more dispatches, date and time of delivery, receiver’s name, dispatch history, whether there was any kind of incident, digital proof of delivery etc, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All you have to do is notify us by e-mail or with the return form within 14 days of receiving the item. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Please fill out the return form that came with the products.
